"Only Strands," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Only Strands LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. "You" means the person accessing the Site or placing an order.
By browsing the Site, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@onlystrands.co if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
By joining the waitlist or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order and launch. Marketing messages are separate and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Only Strands sells single-donor human hair extensions. Because each bundle comes from one donor, slight variation in density, texture pattern, and color between bundles is expected and is part of how raw, unprocessed hair behaves. We describe our products, sourcing, and standards in good faith, but small differences between images, videos, and the bundle you receive are normal.
Joining our waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase. Waitlist members may receive early-access windows, pre-launch pricing, or limited-quantity drops. Availability is not guaranteed; a waitlist entry is not a reservation of specific inventory.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel orders at any time — including orders that have already been submitted — if we believe a listing contained a material error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send a confirmation that the item has shipped. We may decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or inability to verify shipping information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, duties, or applicable taxes unless stated. We may update prices at any time; the price you pay is the price listed at the time you complete checkout.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order or suspend the Services until the balance is resolved.
Discount codes, early-access pricing, and promotional bundles are subject to their own terms and may be limited to one per order, one per household, or specific products. Codes cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.
We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping, if offered, will be noted at checkout and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional delivery time that we do not control. You are responsible for those charges.
Processing time reflects the time between order confirmation and handoff to the carrier. Delivery time reflects the carrier's estimate and is not guaranteed. Published shipping windows are estimates and may change during launch surges, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Risk of loss and title pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan.
Because hair extensions are a hygienic product, returns and exchanges are limited. Our policy is summarized below; the version displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the one that applies to your order.
Bundles returned in their original, unopened, tamper-evident packaging may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once packaging is opened or hair has been altered (cut, colored, washed, installed, or styled), the bundle is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If your bundle arrives damaged, or you receive a different item than what you ordered, contact us at info@onlystrands.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card networks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days after we send them.
The Site and its contents — including the Only Strands name, logos, brand marks, "4Q Standard™," product photography, videos, copy, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Only Strands LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and share our public content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, or use our content to train machine learning models, to create competitive product listings, or for any other commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
"Only Strands" and "4Q Standard" are trademarks of Only Strands LLC. All other trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews, photos, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and operations, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit.
We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific hair extension will match a particular styling goal, tone, or density.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate install method and a qualified stylist. Styling, heat application, chemical coloring, and extended wear can alter or damage any human hair product. Outcomes from a professional stylist are outside our control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law, and you may have additional rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Strands and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost opportunity, or damages for personal appearance, emotional distress, or reputational harm — arising out of or related to the Services or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or our products is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Only Strands for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Only Strands and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any law; (c) your Submissions; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@onlystrands.co and to give us 30 days to resolve the issue in good faith.
If informal resolution does not succeed, any dispute that is not required to be arbitrated must be filed in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois. You and Only Strands consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you and Only Strands agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our business, or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
