How many bundles do I need?+

Most full sew-ins use 3 bundles. Go with 4 at 22” and up, or if you want extra fullness. If you’re adding a closure or frontal, 3 bundles plus the closure is the usual combo.

What’s the difference between color 1 and 1B?+

1 is jet black, the deepest shade. 1B is natural black: a soft off-black that matches most natural hair. Not sure? Pick 1B. Planning to go lighter? Pick 1B. It lifts to #613. Jet black has been dyed and won’t lift evenly.

When will my hair ship?+

Pre-orders ship together in our first batch, between November 14 and 21.

Can I change or cancel my order?+

Yes, until the friends & family sale ends on October 30. Email info@onlystrands.co with your order number and we’ll update it, or cancel it for a full refund.
